Airmen, Guardians and civilians from the 501st Combat Support Wing are invited to bring their ideas to the Wing Innovation Conference being held at RAF Alconbury on Oct. 21, 2022.

The event will provide an avenue for ideas to be heard and brought to life with an opportunity to receive funding over the upcoming fiscal year.

“The conference is looking for ideas that will impact a unit, group, or the wing,” said Dr. Zoe Dyndor, 501st CSW continuous process improvement and innovation program manager. “We don’t want anyone to be dissuaded based on how much their idea might cost…if it’s a good idea, we want to hear it.

“We're looking for ideas that provide an improvement or make a process more effective. The key objectives for ideas are to save time, save money, increase readiness and enhance lethality.”

The CPI and innovation office is asking for ideas to be submitted to them by the end of August 2022 to allow enough time for review before the October conference.

Submissions and any questions regarding the innovation conference can be sent via email to mobile.spark@us.af.mil.
