What is the process if I am deploying and need a medical clearance?
When you are tasked with deployment, your Unit Deployment Manager will provide you with a checklist of medical items to accomplish Contact Public Health to initiate your medical clearance. They'll provide you with what actions you need to accomplish prior to being cleared for the deployment.
How do I pick up my 2766/1480A prior to a TDY and/or deployment?
After contacting PH and accomplishing all your medical requirements you'll be given your DD 2766 packaged and ready to go.
