501st Combat Support Wing
The 501st Combat Support Wing was reactivated May 12, 2005, at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom, to provide better support to seven geographically separated units in the U.K. The 501st CSW relocated to Royal Air Force Alconbury, United Kingdom, May 1, 2007, to provide greater accessibility between the wing staff and its geographically separated units. The 421st Air Base Group provides world-class combat support to enable intelligence operations at RAF Menwith Hill and their dependents. The group consists of Airmen in 23 different Air Force Specialty Codes, National Security Agency, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense and British Ministry of Defence officials. The support services provided include a full range of civil engineering, security, medical, logistical, community, personnel, communications, legal, religious and public affairs services. The group is comprised of two squadrons in addition to a robust group staff: the 421st Air Base Squadron and 421st Civil Engineer Squadron.

The 422nd Air Base Group provides world-class combat support enabling communications and global strike operations at RAF Croughton, RAF Fairford and RAF Welford. The group is headquartered at RAF Croughton and is composed of six squadrons: the 422nd Air Base Squadron, 422nd Civil Engineer Squadron, 422nd Communications Squadron and 422nd Security Forces Squadron, all based at RAF Croughton, the 420th Munitions Squadron operating at RAF Welford, and the 420th Air Base Squadron based at RAF Fairford. The 422nd ABG provides command, control, communications and computer support to Department of Defense and civilian agencies across the European theater, as well as base-level functions and services.

The group is headquartered at RAF Alconbury and is composed of six squadrons: the 423rd Civil Engineer Squadron, 423rd Communications Squadron, 423rd Force Support Squadron, and 423rd Security Forces Squadron, all based at RAF Alconbury, the 423rd Medical Squadron based at RAF Upwood, and the 426th Air Base Squadron based at Stavanger. The 423rd ABG serves a community of more than 6,200 in the United Kingdom and more than 1,300 in Norway.

The Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Europe Analytic Center, Intelligence Fusion Centre, J2-Molesworth and NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre, located at Royal Air Force Molesworth, provide intelligence and analysis support to U.S. European Command, U.S. Africa Command and North Atlantic Treaty Organization partners.
