The signatures of U.S. Air Force Col. Edward Spinelli, 422nd Air Base Group commander, and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Debra Sims, 422nd Medical Squadron commander, are seen on an exception to policy letter called Project 41.1 at a town hall held at RAF Fairford, England, November 2, 2023. Project 41.1 enables all RAF Fairford active-duty service members and their EFMP-cleared command sponsored dependents to utilize the RAF Croughton military treatment facility, granting them access to some of the most advanced care in military medicine.
