January 2013 501st CSW Everyday Hero - 422 ABG
RAF CROUGHTON, United Kingdom – Staff Sgt. Raymond Smalls, 422nd Civil Engineer Squadron, NCOIC of CES Customer Service, was named January’s 501st Combat Support Wing Everyday Hero from the 422nd Air Base Group. Smalls manages the Facility Manager Program for all 240 422nd ABG facilities; he has made significant changes to the program to ensure all facility mangers have the proper knowledge and tools to do this job.
