Airmen from the 420th Munitions Squadron push pallets aboard a C-17 Globemaster III, assigned to the 21st Airlift Squadron, for airlift transport at RAF Fairford, England, Feb. 9, 2024. Operations like this allow the 501st Combat Support Wing to fulfill higher-headquarter directed taskings faster than the standard process and enable a larger quantity of munitions to be shipped.
