The 421st Air Base Group provides world-class combat support to enable intelligence support operations at RAF Menwith Hill and their dependents. The group consists of nearly 550 personnel, including Airmen in 23 different Air Force Specialty Codes, National Security Agency, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense and British Ministry of Defence officials. The support services provided include a full range of civil engineering, security, medical, logistical, community, personnel, communications, legal, religious and public affairs services. The group is comprised of two squadrons in addition to a robust group staff: the 421st Air Base Squadron and 421st Civil Engineer Squadron. FACT SHEET
