RAF CROUGHTON, United Kingdom – The 422nd Air Base Squadron vehicle ops section was recently named the 501st Combat Support Wing Innovator of the Month for February. The section evaluated historical and current fuel use within the group and developed cost saving measures for GOV fleet operations with zero impact to the mission. During the process, they identified several routine vehicle requirements that could be met with smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicles.
