RAF MENWITH HILL, United Kingdom – Evan Streeter, 421st Air Base Group communications focal point technical lead, was named the March 501st Combat Support Wing Everyday Hero from 421st ABG. Streeter was the 421st ABG lead for the AFNet Migration at Menwith Hill, ensuring the largest contingent of users in the 501st CSW were migrated seamlessly. RAF MENWITH HILL -- Evan Streeter serves as RAF Menwith Hill's resident AFNet Migration expert. Streeter attended daily teleconferences with the 24th Air Force, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and local AFNet migration team members to ensure all security measures were properly in place and the station was prepared.

During the month of February, Streeter led the 421st Communications Flight in the migration of more than 1,200 NIPRnet users. Streeter also identified and developed a fix to resolve a UK-wide issue regarding users' inability to connect to shared drives upon login.
