RAF CROUGHTON, United Kingdom - Tech. Sgt. Norman Tabalanza, 422nd Security Forces Squadron, was named the April 501st Everyday Hero from the 422nd Air Base Group. RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom -- Tech. Sgt. Norman Tabalanza, 422nd Security Forces Squadron, was named the April 501st Everyday Hero from the 422nd Air Base Group.

Tabalanza serves as the 422nd SFS Program inspector. He reviews and updates 38 inter-service support agreements and enforces all security agreements between the installation commander and tenant units.

Tabalanza is the local security forces project manager for the Installation Access Control System at RAF Croughton.
