RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom -- Staff Sgt. Jesus Espinoza-Ogarcia, 423rd Medical Squadron, was named the March 501st Everyday Hero from the 423rd Air Base Group.

As the NCOIC of the Mental Health Flight Espinoza-Ogarcia manages mental health, alcohol and drug abuse and exceptional family member programs for more than 6,500 beneficiaries.

Espinoza-Ogarcia was vital to the development and implementation of training for the recent resiliency stand down day. As a lead facilitator, he expertly applied behavioral and wellness applications to promote mental, physical, social and spiritual readiness.
