November Innovator of the Month named

RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom -- The 501st Combat Support Wing recently named the Innovator of the Month for October.

Tech. Sgt. Patrick Curtis, 501st Combat Support Wing Finance Office, was recognized for identifying the need to improve the civilian time sheet process.

Curtis took a hard copy product into a simpler to use Excel based file, which required supervisors to look up hourly wage codes and personnel rules to comply with regulations.

The form Curtis created reduces redundancy by auto populating data in the time sheets, and reduces research time by imbedding time sheet codes in the file. The new file also puts all time sheets in one file, so customers do not have to look for old time sheets.
