August Innovator of the Month named

RAF CROUGHTON, United Kingdom -- The 501st Combat Support Wing recently named the Innovator of the Month for August.

The 422nd Human Resources Office revised Total Force Awareness Training for RAF Croughton's Non appropriated Fund employees resulting in a savings of two hours per employee.

The office discovered several NAF employees do not have computer access or the experience to effectively complete computer based training.

The training will now be done before the start of NAF employment, and shifts the training time to be done during the in-processing portion of the hiring phase.
