RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom - Colonel Timothy Cashdollar (right), 501st Combat Support Wing commander, presented a plaque to the Yeoman Warder's Mess as a token of appreciation after the tour at the Tower of London. More than 40 leaders and their spouses from the 501st Combat Support Wing here traveled to the Tower of London as part of a leadership conference Feb. 3 to learn more about British history and culture. The three-day conference, called "Face2Face," kicked off Wednesday with a tour of the Tower of London and viewing of the Ceremony of the Keys, the traditional locking of the tower each night. The conference helps unite all commanders, command chiefs and first sergeants across the wing in a "face to face" format to discuss future challenges, enhance continuity and promote new ideas for 2010.
