The Intelligence Knowledge Development Directorate (IKD-M) at Royal Air Force (RAF) Molesworth, is helping the workforce assigned here grow professionally and achieve new goals with a professional development program (PDP) open to both military members and civilians.

Professional development is an important factor in career advancement.

The program was started by Senior Enlisted Advisor, Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Thomas F. Good.

"Professional development is critical to a successful career," said Good. "I encourage the entire IKD-M team to participate."

The group recently visited the Royal Hospital Chelsea, a campus for retired British war veterans, as part of the program. They spent the afternoon learning about British history and listened to war stories being told by their guide, Mr. Tom Mullauny.

"It was great to hear about British history from someone who actually lived it," said one of the program participants, Air Force Technical Sgt. Jeffrey Utter.

The activities take place once a month.

To get signed up for the program or to find out more information please contact Senior Master Sgt. Good at 268-1393 or Tech. Sgt. Utter at 268-1767.
