Top enlisted leader from U.S. European Command visits 501st

The U.S. European Command Senior Enlisted Leader visited the 501st Combat Support Wing for a site visit and to meet with servicemembers Aug. 11.

During the visit Navy Fleet Master Chief Roy Maddocks looked at how operations and facilities impacted servicemembers and their families. Facilities looked at included the base commissary, dormitory, child development center, RAF Upwood and RAF Molesworth.

As EUCOM's Senior Enlisted Leader, he serves as the commander's primary adviser on all enlisted matters. In addition, he is responsible for providing oversight for the morale, welfare, training, quality of life and the good order and discipline for more than 275,000 U.S. military personnel and their families serving in 51 countries within Europe and Eurasia.
