421st Civil Engineer Squadron change of command
RAF MENWITH HILL, United Kingdom – Col. Brian Kelly, 501st Combat Support Wing commander, presents command of the 421st Civil Engineer Squadron to Michael Rits during a change of com-mand ceremony March 13. Rits assumed command as the first civil-ian commander of the 421st CES, marking the unit’s transition to an all-civilian squadron. The previous commander, Lt. Col.
