501st CSW Everyday Hero – 423 ABG January 2013
                RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom - Senior Airman Skylar Stodden, 423rd Civil Engineer Squadron, pavements and equipment journeyman was named January’s 501st CSW Everyday Hero from the 423rd Air Base Group. Stodden trained 10 squadron personnel on ice and snow equipment, he also spread 15 tons of de-icing salt during the inclement weather as part of ice and snow removal process. He supervised the installation of 10 Designated Tobacco Area's per the Air Force Instruction requirement one month early. Stodden also prepped and poured 54 meters of concrete at the RAF Alconbury Resource, Recovery and Recycling Center, improving safety for vehicles and pedestrians. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
