RAF MENWITH HILL, United Kingdom -- Staff Sgt. Krystal Cook, 421st Air Base Squadron, was named the December 501st Combat Support Wing Everyday Hero from the 421st Air Base Group. Cook, the NCOIC of Customer Service, served 250 customers with CAC/ID card issues, visa/passport requests, council tax and ration card support requests. She has been the sole focal point in customer service, handling several challenging situations.
