RAF CROUGHTON, United Kingdom -- (From left) Col. Brian Kelly, 501st Combat Support Wing commander, presents Janice Hollen and Andrea Brown, 422nd Air Base Squadron Resource Management Flight, with the Innovator of the Month Award at RAF Croughton, Oct. 25. The resource management flight merged the 420th ABS and 422nd ABS nonappropriated fund instrumentalities, saving nearly $141,000 in morale, welfare and recreation funds for use to improve quality of life at 422nd Air Base Group installations.
