Ryan Foley, 421st Air Base Group communications flight, with the Innovator of the Month Award at RAF Menwith Hill, Sept. 25. Foley devised a plan and deployed a $40,000 network management suite that resulted in savings of $100,000 from the squadron's annual budget due to a reduction in extended maintenance contracts.
