RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom - Col. Brian Kelly, 501st Combat Support Wing commander, presents the Innovator of the Month Award to Tech. Sgt. Matthew Paxton, 501st CSW Staff. Paxton created a tracking worksheet for all services contracts. This initiative helps save man hours and effort for pre-award actions as well as post-award administration man hours.
