501st CSW Everyday Hero
RAF MENWITH HILL, United Kingdom - Tech. Sgt. Joseph Carter, 421st Air Base Squadron, was named the April 501st Everyday Hero from the 421st Air Base Group. Carter is the chief of plans and programs for the squadron's communications flight. He recently worked with a local telephone company to revise communications infrastructure drawings, which are critical for current and future base communications planning.
