Largest Warm and Dry distribution in Kyrgyzstan since 2009
Staff Sgt. Elise Pavlak, a humanitarian assistance representative with the Theater Security Cooperation division at the Transit Center at Manas, helps two boys get fitted for new winter coats at an Operation Warm and Dry distribution in Balykchy City, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 15, 2012.
