Air Commodore O'Dea visits Tri-Base
Air Commodore Les O'Dea from RAF Air Command near London recently conducted his Annual Formal Visit to the RAF Alconbury Tri-Base. He met a cross-section of MOD civil servants at RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth who support U.S. and NATO missions crucial to countering global terrorism. The air commodore, seated alongside MOD firefighters from the 423rd Air Base Group's Fire Department at RAF Molesworth, paid tribute to the valued contribution that MOD staff and U.S. and NATO personnel are making to the stabilization of Afghanistan. Several personnel served with the Air Commodore during his recent appointment as the Deputy Commander British Forces in Afghanistan. (Courtesy photo)
