Navy Chief Petty Officer Mosbarger is presented the first annual Folmer Award
Navy Chief Petty Officer Charles J. Mosbarger receives the first Master Sgt. Fabian S. Folmer Award from JAC Commander, Marine Corps Col. Pete Devlin in a January 8, 2010 ceremony. Mosbarger is NCOIC of the JAC Personnel Division. The award honors the crew chief of the famed B-17 "Hell's Angels" of the 303rd Bomb Group (Heavy) who is depicted in the painting presented to Mosbarger. U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
