RAF ALCONBURY, United Kingdom - Superintendant Fullwood, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, presents Maj. Rose, 423rd SFS commander, a constable's helmet. The helmet is presented in recognition of Maj. Rose’s efforts to bring the 423 SFS and the Cambridgeshire Constabulary closer together and beginning an era of joint training between the two departments.
