Mr. Gary Moncur looks at the list of names of 303rd Bomb Group veterans that signed the guest book at the 303rd Bomb Group (Heavy) Memorial at Royal Air Force Molesworth, England. Many of those that signed the book at the dedication of the memorial on June 3, 2000 have since passed away. As the webmaster and historian of the group Mr. Moncur knew the veterans from reunions of the group. His father, LT Vern Moncur was the the pilot of the famous B-17G "Thunderbird" depicted in a mural at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D. C. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Staff Sgt.
