Navy Captain Henry J. "Harry" Babin, Deputy Commander of the JIOCEUR Analytic Center at RAF Molesworth, England stands with D-Day veteran Chief Radioman Joe Pearson at the dedication the U.S. Navy Memorial at Utah Beach on September 27, 2008. This was Chief Pearson's second visit to this stretch of sand - his first was under fire on D-Day 1944.
