Adapting

Philip Shailer an electrician with the 423rd Civil Engineer Squadron, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom, receives the Outstanding civilian Career Service Award at his retirement ceremony, February 26, 2016, at RAF Alconbury. Shailer began his career on RAF Alconbury as a teenaged apprentice electrician, and worked on the base for the next 47 years.
