From Ukraine with love: An Airman visits her homeland
Airman 1st Class Jennifer Zima, 501st Combat Support Wing Public Affairs photojournalist, is introduced on stage by Maria Lebovka, media manager and interpreter for the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Ambassadors Jazz Band’s Ukraine tour, and Lt. Col Cristina Moore Urrutia, USAFE Band commander and conductor, during a concert with the USAFE Band and the Ukrainian National Presidential Orchestra at the Philharmonic in Chernivisti, Ukraine, Oct. 12, 2019. The USAFE Band traveled to six cities in central and western Ukraine October 6-20, 2019 to conduct the “Music of Freedom” tour, which celebrated the shared spirit of freedom and enduring partnership between U.S. and Ukrainian armed forces.
