The 422nd Medical Squadron (MDS) held a change of command ceremony at RAF Croughton, England, June 26, 2024. During the ceremony U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Debra Sims relinquished command of the 422nd MDS to U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Carla Cox. The ceremony formally recognizes the transfer of the unit's
