Public Affairs Support

The 501st CSW Public Affairs Office is excited to announce the launch of the new Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3). This portal will serve as the centralized hub for submitting all requests for Public Affairs support.

To receive Public Affairs support, members will need to access the Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3) and submit a request using the following steps:

  1. Visit the customer portal: https://safpa.appianportalsgov.com/request/page/request
  2. Click the Public Affairs photo hyperlink on the far left, or select "New Request" from the Public Affairs dropdown menu in the top banner.
  3. Follow the step-by-step prompts to complete and submit your request. You will be prompted to enter your email address and create an account. Please make sure you enter your email in all lowercase.

All product requests are reviewed and support is determined on a case-by-case basis per the Installation Public Affairs (PA) Employment Plan

official photo requests

Official photo appointments are conducted every Wednesday at RAF Croughton. Support determination will be made upon review of customer justification for an official photo. NOTE: PA is prohibited from supporting requests for tourist passport photos or any other unofficial reason.

RAF Croughton: Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
